This Privacy Policy explains how DRC Rewards (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our rewards program and related messaging.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your email address, phone number, and rewards activity — and information needed to operate the rewards program. We do not collect more than we need to provide the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate your rewards account, to send you the account notifications and marketing messages you have opted in to, and to comply with legal obligations.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the message categories you selected (account notifications and/or marketing). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers (such as our messaging provider) strictly to deliver the messages you requested, and never for independent marketing.
Your choices
You can change your notification preferences or opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message, or manage preferences in your account. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential account or transactional messages where permitted.
Data retention & security
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the rewards program and meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Contact values used for messaging consent are stored in a protected, hashed form where feasible.
