The rewards program
The rewards program lets eligible customers track and manage rewards. We may update program features and these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.
SMS / text messaging terms

- CarriersSupported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile opt-in is handled per our Privacy Policy; we do not share your number or opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the program lawfully. You must only submit a phone number or email address that you own or are authorized to manage.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The program is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DRC Rewards and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of points, rewards, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the rewards program or related messaging. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
